Core Philosophy

STI-TEC’s Core Philosophy is to create a new kind of organization that is focused on the team (employees) and not just the bottom line.

The founders wanted to assemble a group of individuals (innovators and entrepreneurs) that would embrace the belief that by leveraging knowledge assets and emerging technologies we would achieve the operational vision of how a company should conduct business.

Our Corporate culture centers around the importance of the individual.  We value the unique capabilities and potentials of each individual and recognize them as necessary for the company to succeed.  Employees are encouraged to bring their ideas to the table and be creative within the workplace.
