STI-TEC was founded in 2003 by Dr. Alvin Hall, his goal was  to provide quality consulting services to government and private industry with the highest degree of personal service and technical quality available.  Since then, STI-TEC has become a member of the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) program and has graduated from that program to become a successful Medium Sized business.  We compete across multiple platforms within the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and The Office of the Director of National Intelligence providing tailored solutions in six key Practice Areas.  Those areas include Engineering & Logistics, Intelligence, Information Technology and Cybersecurity, Professional Services, Research and Development, and Training and Education.

that can be used to meet specific mission requirements.  Our mission is to identify and deliver innovative solutions by leveraging knowledge assets and emerging technologies to assist our Clients.
