Fairborn, OH August 2, 2023 – CEO, Charles Colon, presented Allegra Czerwinski with a recognition coin after receiving feedback from our customer highlighting her contributions on a new “LinkedIn to AFRL” newsletter product. Thanks to Allegra’s contributions, the Public Affairs Digital Communications team has continued to be an innovative trendsetter for the DoD, as the launch of this newsletter garnered over 23k subscribers within the first 24 hours and has grown to more than 56k subscribers in just three editions. The newsletter proved to be an effective new recruitment tool, driving 950 clicks to the AFRL careers landing page, 1400 clicks to specific job postings and overall web traffic increased over 250% since its launch. Since launch, each edition of the newsletter has been viewed over 30k times, engaging followers on additional topics such as AFRL’s Regional Hub Network, Space Symposium, advancements in quantum technologies, the University Affiliated Research Center. Allegra has been working on this project since its inception and is the mastermind behind the content and shifts according to trends and metrics. Her insights are highly valuable to our team, and we are proud of her hard work.
